- Policy 21.10.40, Expenses for Attendance at Appeal Hearings: Amended to reflect an increase in the travel allowance. Meal allowance remains unchanged.
- Policy 44.10.20.70.01, Recurring Effects of Injuries and Illness (Recurrences): Repealed by Board Order 12/21 on April 19, 2021 and was removed from the WCB Policy Manual.
- Policy 44.60.10, Minimum Awards for Permanent Impairments: Schedule of Minimum Awards was revised to show only the relevant 5 year history. Minor formatting changes were also made to the policy.
- Policy 52.30, SAFE Work Certified Program (SWCP): Amended by Board Order No. 08/21 on April 19, 2021 to clarify the process for becoming SAFE Work Certified now that the program is operational and to remove references to policies that no longer exist.
- Policy 52.40, Prevention Rebate Program: Amended by Board Order 09/21 on April 19, 2021 to better reflect the structure of the program and the nature of decisions subject to appeal.
