- Policy 21.10.40 Expenses for Attendance at Appeal Hearings: Effective October 1, 2020 the kilometre rate increased from $0.32 to $0.35. Meal allowances remain unchanged.
- Policy 31.05.10 Cost Relief/Cost Transfer - Class E: The 2021 threshold amount for recalculating current year and prior years' assessment rates was added into Appendix B of the policy.
- Policy 35.10.60 Coverage under a Work Experience Program: Policy title in the reference section was updated.
- Policy 35.10.120 Terms and Conditions of Optional and Personal Coverage: Appendices A and B were revised to show the relevant 5 year history. In addition the history section was reduced by removing entries related to appendices updates. The 2021 minimum and maximum coverage amounts were added into Appendices A and B of this policy.
- Policy 35.40.05, Interest Rates under Regulation (information Only): In October 2020, the minimum interest rate on over-assessment was clarified.
- Policy 43.00 Vocational Rehabilitation: Policy titles were updated and references to repealed policies were removed.
- Policy 43.10.50 Rehabilitation for Spouses or Common-Law Partners: The 2021 maximum annual net employment income level was added into Appendix A of this policy.
- Policy 43.20.40 Relocation: Reimbursement of Relocations costs (Attachment B) was adjusted effective October 1, 2020.
- Policy 44.10.20.50 Recurring Effects of Injuries: The Board of Directors rescinded this policy in 2015, but it remained in the WCB Policy Manual for reference. The policy is no longer relevant and is now removed from the manual.
- Policy 44.80.10.10 Average Earnings: Schedule E of the policy was revised to clarify its application and effective date.
- Policy 44.100.20 Annuities: The 2021 threshold levels for converting a lump sum payment into an annuity and eligibility for independent financial advice were added into Table A of this policy.
