In December 2016, registered users of the WCB Online services transitioned to an upgraded Online Services Security System.  Upgrades included a new centralized authentication facility, centralized Online Services application menu and self-serve capabilities such as "Forgot User ID?" and "Forgot Password?" options.   

Starting August 11, 2017, registered users of WCB Online Services will now have additional self-serve features by accessing 'My Profile'. 

'My Profile' allows registered users to:

  • Edit their user information (name, phone number)
  • View/update/change their personal security questions
  • View the accounts and applications they have been granted for Online Services

Registered users can access 'My Profile' within the Online Services login page once they log in.  'My Profile' is located under their name in the drop down menu.
