First aid training program standard

Program standards for first aid training in the workplace are not provided by SAFE Work Manitoba.

Instead, CSA Z1210: First Aid Training for the Workplace – Curriculum and Quality Management for Training Agencies has been adopted as the SAFE Work Endorsed training program standard for basic, intermediate and advanced training.

Clauses 4, 5, and 6 outline the requirements for the training program design, including the training levels and competencies associated with each level. This standard can be found online at the CSA community website at the link below.
