SAFE Work Endorsed Training

The SAFE Work Endorsed Training Program was created to develop and maintain training standards to help reduce workplace injury and create a genuine culture of safety. It has resulted in an increased quality of training across organizations, reduced uncertainty among employers and reduced workplace injuries for workers. It also provides:

  • a consistent approach for developing and maintaining training standards
  • an objective process that reviews and confirms that specific training and training providers meet the defined standards
  • tracking of training registrations and completions by learners, and making that information available for reference

SAFE Work Manitoba works with representatives from employers, labour, training providers and the Workplace Safety and Health Branch to develop the endorsed training in the SAFE Work Endorsed Training Standards Program. Start training today at the SAFE Work Manitoba Training Portal.
