It has resulted in an increased quality of training across organizations, reduced uncertainty among employers and reduced workplace injuries for workers. It also provides: a consistent approach for developing and maintaining training standards an objective process that reviews and confirms that specific training and training providers meet the defined standards tracking of training registrations and completions by learners, and making that information available for reference SAFE Work Manitoba works with representatives from employers, labour, training providers and the Workplace Safety and Health Branch to develop the endorsed training in the SAFE Work Endorsed Training Standards Program.
