Reconsiderations #20.10
: The policy was revised to reflect the new title of the amended policy 22.20, Program Abuse, which is now the Compliance and Enforcement policy.
Expenses for attendance at appeal hearings #21.10.40
: Effective January 1, 2022, the kilometre rate increased to $0.43 from $0.42 and all meal allowances increased. Manitoba Regulation 279/91 was repealed on January 1, 2022 and removed from the reference section. This regulation was replaced with the rules of procedure established by the Appeal Commission.
Compliance and enforcement #22.20
: Guidelines updated to reflect the amendments and renaming of the related policy. The changes to the policy were to address recommendations of the LRC Report.
Employers' responsibilities for reporting claims #22.70.30
: The policy was updated to reflect the repeal of Manitoba Regulation 15/2015, Interest, Penalties and Financial Matters, effective January 1, 2022.
Cost relief/cost transfer - Class E employers #31.05.10
: The policy was updated to reflect the new title and number of the amended Recurrences policy. As well, the policy, reference section and Schedule C were revised to reflect the new title of the amended policy 44.10.80.40, Further Separate Injuries Subsequent to a Compensable Injury, which is now the Secondary Injury policy.

: The policy was revised to refer to Manitoba Regulations 71/2021, Administrative Penalty Regulation, and 123/2021, Interest and Financial Matters Regulation.
Reporting and verifying payroll #35.05.10
: The policy was revised to refer to Manitoba Regulation 123/2021, Interest and Financial Matters Regulation.
Paying and refunding premiums #35.05.20
: The policy was revised to reflect the new title of the amended policy 35.10.120, Terms and Conditions of Optional and Personal Coverage, which is now the Terms and Conditions of Optional Coverage policy. The policy was also revised to refer to the Adjustment in Compensation Tables and Manitoba Regulations 132/2020, Adjustment in Compensation Regulation, 71/2021, Administrative Penalty Regulation and 123/2021, Interest and Financial Regulation Matters.
Return to work with the accident employer #43.20.25
: The policy was updated to reflect the repeal of Manitoba Regulation 15/2015, Interest, Penalties and Financial Matters, effective January 1, 2022.
Relocation #43.20.40
: Reimbursement of Relocation Costs (Attachment B) was adjusted effective October 1, 2021. In February 2022, Canada Mortgage Housing Corporation released the Winnipeg Rental Market Report. This report displays the average rent for a one-bedroom apartment referred to in the policy.
