Cost relief/cost transfer - Class E employers #31.05.10: The 2025 threshold amount for recalculating current year and prior years' assessment rates was added into Appendix B of this policy.
Statement of investment policies and objectives #32.00: Policy 32.00 was amended by Board Order 37/24 on October 3, 2024. Revisions to the policy include annual updates to the characteristics of the Policy Asset Mix table, an update to the diversification guidelines to remove direct investment from Canadian real estate and to add structured notes, and Investment Belief #3 to allow for passive management.
Terms and conditions of optional coverage #35.10.120: The 2025 minimum and maximum coverage amounts were added into Appendix A of this policy.
Rehabilitation for spouses or common-law partners of deceased workers #43.10.50: The 2025 maximum annual net employment income level was added into Appendix A of this policy.
Recurring effects of injuries and illness (recurrences) #44.10.20.60: The 2025 maximum and policy cap levels were added into Appendix A of this policy.
Annuities #44.100.20: The 2025 threshold levels for converting a lump sum payment into an annuity and eligibility for independent financial advice were added into Table A of this policy.
