Relocation #43.20.40: Reimbursement of Relocation Costs (Attachment B) was adjusted effective October 1, 2024. In February 2025, Canada Mortgage Housing Corporation released the Winnipeg Rental Market Report. This report displays the average rent for a one-bedroom apartment referred to in the policy.
Post accident earnings - deemed earning capacity #44.80.30.20: The policy was updated to reflect Schedule 'A', Minimum Weeks of Job Search, updated effective July 1, 2025 to reflect the 2024 Labour Force Survey (LFS) annual average estimates released by Statistics Canada.
