Amended to reflect an increase in travel allowance for attendance at Appeal Hearings effective October 1, 2021. Meal allowance remains unchanged.
31.05.10, Cost Relief / Cost Transfer - Class E:
The 2022 threshold amount for recalculating current year and prior years’ assessment rates was added into Appendix B of the policy.
31.10.50, Collections - Administrative Guidelines:
The maximum amount payable to the WCB by credit card increased from $5,000 to $10,000.
35.05.20, Paying and Refunding Premiums - Administrative Guidelines:
The maximum amount payable to the WCB by credit card increased from $5,000 to $10,000.
43.10.50, Rehabilitation for Spouses or Common-Law Partners:
The 2022 maximum annual net employment income level was added into Appendix A of this policy.
Reimbursement of Relocations Costs (Attachment B) was adjusted effective October 1, 2021.
44.120.30, Support for Daily Living:
The 2022 clothing and footwear allowances were added to section C of the Administrative Guidelines.
