  • Policy 21.10.40 Expenses for Attendance at Appeal Hearings: Policy amended January 1, 2015 to reflect a decrease in travel allowance and an increase in meal allowance for attendance at Appeal Hearings. 
     
  • Policy 22.20 Program Abuse: Policy amended by Board Order 44/14 on December 18, 2014 effective January 1, 2015 as part of the implementation of Bill 65.  Changes include references to Compliance Services, decision-making and appeal processes for administrative penalties.
     
  • Policy 31.05.10 Cost Relief/Cost Transfers: Policy Appendix A and References updated to incorporate Manitoba Regulation 265/2014, Adjustment in Compensation Regulation effective January 1, 2015.
     
  • Policy 32.00 Statement of Investment Policies and Objectives: Policy updated by Board Order 46/14 on December 18, 2014 effective January 1, 2015. Policy 32.00 requires an annual review that has been completed by the Administration.  There are no changes to the SIP & O for 2015.
     
  • Updated January 1, 2015 to reflect interest rates for over/under interest and late payment penalties. 
     
  • Policy 42.20.30 Medical Reports: Policy updated January 1, 2015 in Schedule II to reflect new rates effective January 1, 2015.  Minor edit to Schedule II for January 1, 2013 rate to correct transposed number.
     
  • Policy 44.10.20.10 Pre-Existing Conditions: Policy updated by Board Order No. 34/14 on October 30, 2014 effective January 1, 2015.  Policy updated with respect to the effect of pre- or co-existing conditions on impairment rating, to reflect revisions to Policy 44.90.10, Permanent Impairment Rating.
     
  • Policy 44.90.10 Permanent Impairment Rating and Policy 44.90.10 PPI Schedule - Appendix A: Policy updated by Board Order No. 34/14 on October 30, 2014 effective January 1, 2015 for decision making by designates, rating by Healthcare Advisors, rating when pre- or co-existing conditions are present, and an appended "Permanent Impairment Rating Schedule."
     
  • Policy 52.10 Research and Workplace Innovation Program:  Policy updated by Board Order 45/14 on December 18, 2014 effective January 1, 2015 to amend the additional funding from a percentage to a dollar amount.  Under the revised policy, additional funding exceeding $20,000 or the combined total of the additional funding and the original grant exceeds $200,000 would require Board approval.
