Important Change For One-Time Payment Employers
If you're a one-time payment employer with worker coverage, your premium payment due date has changed. Effective 2019, the premium payment due date has moved from March 31 to May 30. This is to provide you with more time following the payroll reporting requirements, which remain due at the end of February. Please refer to your account statement to determine your payment obligations.
If you have any questions, please contact us at AssessmentServices@wcb.mb.ca or call 204-954-4505 (in Winnipeg) or toll free at 1-855-954-4321 ext. 4505.
You can also review our Guidelines on Paying and Refunding Premiums for more information.
Payments must be received at the WCB office by the Account Statement due date to avoid a late payment penalty. Debit, credit card and cash payments are credited to your account on the same day you make your payment. If paying by mail or through your financial institution please allow a minimum of three to five business days for your payment to reach us.
A late payment will impact your firm's ability to receive clearances.
If you need to talk to someone about paying your premium, call 204-954-4156 or toll free 1-855-954-4321, ext. 4156.
