Now in its seventh year, The Safetys, which is co-hosted by Manitoba safety organizations, took place on November 1 at the Victoria Inn Hotel & Convention Centre.
Each year, SAFE Work Manitoba presents a SAFE Work Award to a Manitoba worker, workplace safety and health committee, and workplace to recognize their commitment to health and safety. SAFE Work Manitoba is proud to announce the following winners of this year’s SAFE Work Awards:
Two Manitoba high school students were also recognized for their video project that educates their peers about the importance of safety culture.
