Registration

The eHealth Portal allows physiotherapists and athletic therapists in Manitoba (located below the 53rd parallel) to submit reports and invoices electronically to the WCB.

Eligibility

Eligible providers include those who: 

operate a therapy clinic, private physiotherapy or athletic therapy practice 
have an active WCB provider account 
offer services provided by therapists that are registered and in good standing with their appropriate registering body (i.e., College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba or Manitoba Athletic Therapists Association)

How to register

To use the portal, you need a WCB account number.  
To register for portal access, complete the registration form and email the form to ServiceDesk@wcb.mb.ca.
Once registered, each administrator and user will receive their user ID and login details via email.

Manage user access

At least one administrator is required to manage user access. The administrator is responsible for registering and updating user access. To add, modify or remove users, complete the user access form and email it to ServiceDesk@wcb.mb.ca. If there is more than one user to update, a separate form is required for each individual user.
