Le processus de recalcul peut \u00eatre complexe et la WCB utilise des syst\u00e8mes diff\u00e9rents du syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration de votre employeur. En pareil cas, ces hausses salariales seront aussi appliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 vos gains d\u2019apr\u00e8s accident. Ceci comprend toute hausse \u00e0 votre taux horaire, aux primes de quart et pour heure suppl\u00e9mentaire, aux primes de rendement, etc. qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9e r\u00e9troactivement.<\/p>\n<p>Cela signifie que si vous avez re\u00e7u des gains apr\u00e8s l\u2019accident pour votre r\u00e9clamation, en tout ou en partie, vous ne serez peut-\u00eatre pas admissible \u00e0 des prestations additionnelles. En fait, vous pourriez \u00eatre en situation de paiement en trop. Ceci s\u2019explique parce que la hausse salariale ne s\u2019appliquerait pas typiquement \u00e0 vos gains avant l\u2019accident.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, si vous participiez \u00e0 un plan de retour au travail et avez eu des gains apr\u00e8s l\u2019accident, apr\u00e8s l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur de la convention collective, les dispositions r\u00e9troactives de la convention s\u2019appliqueraient \u00e0 ces gains apr\u00e8s l\u2019accident.
