Premium payment deadlines

There are a variety of payment options available under the WCB’s FlexPay System depending on your premium amount.

 

Premiums up to $500

For premiums up to $500, you may choose to make one single payment or four pre-authorized equal payments.

Premiums between $500 and $5,000

Accessing your account online

Unfortunately, account statements or balances are not available online. Please contact Assessment Services Department if you need more information. 

If you are making multiple payments throughout the year, a statement will be sent any month the payment is owing. Refer to the second page on your statement to see when upcoming payments are due. 

 

Failure to pay a premium

If you don’t pay your premiums, you will receive a late payment penalty and your account will be placed in default until resolved. This will affect your ability to receive clearances and may affect your ability to bid on jobs or contracts and receive payment for work completed.

Personal or optional coverage will be cancelled if a payment is not received.

We suggest using our online clearances system to stay up to date on your standing with the WCB.
