In November the WCB is contacting a random sampling of all registered employers to learn their opinions about their expectations, experiences and overall satisfaction with the WCB's services.

The Employer Satisfaction Survey begins with a phone call and employers called have the opportunity to complete the survey on the phone or online via an emailed web link. The professional public opinion research service provider, PRA Inc., is conducting this year’s survey.

The survey asks questions about the services provided by Assessment Services and other areas of the WCB. It is an opportunity for employers to provide feedback about WCB's services and asks for opinions about responsibilities for injury prevention and impressions of the WCB's overall role.

Participation in the survey is voluntary and confidential. All information provided is strictly confidential and individual answers will not be singled out, nor will any record of individual responses be retained by the Workers Compensation Board. The purpose of the survey is to allow the WCB to understand employer opinions, continually improve its services and continue to strive for service excellence.

If you have any questions about WCB customer surveys, please contact Tim Young, Manager, Customer Service and Quality Assurance at the Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba, at 204-954-4948 or toll-free at 1-800-362-3340, extension 4948 or by email at tyoung@wcb.mb.ca.
