The operation of colleges and universities as listed under The Council on Post-Secondary Act. These include: University of Manitoba (and any college declared to be affiliated with the U of M under their Act) University of Winnipeg Brandon University University College of the North Mennonite Colleges: Menno Simmons, Concord College, Mennonite Bible College, Steinbach Bible College, Providence College and Seminary, Booth College and any corporation established by the Mennonite College Federation Act. Includes incidental operation of residences, food services, administration, professors, etc. Institution-run day cares, restaurants or retail stores for use primarily by staff and students of the institution are considered incidental to the main operation.	Coverage for colleges and universities that are not listed under The Council on Post-Secondary Act is mandatory and is found under 708-05 – Education and instruction. K-12 public or private schools are found under 708-04 – Schools and school divisions if excluding coverage for “teachers”; or under 708-05 – Education and instruction if opting for all-inclusive coverage. Coverage for institution-run day cares, restaurants or retail stores that provide regular services to the general public, is mandatory and are found under: 601-02 – Specialty retail stores 701-06 – Restaurants and food services 707-02 – Day cares and programs Privately-run businesses on campus would also be found under the above.
