How to Make WCB Payments through your Financial Institution

 

WCB Payment Options

There are many convenient payment options available to employers.

Electronically

Payments can be made electronically any time you wish by using your financial institution’s internet or telephone banking options.

At your Financial Institution

Payments can be made in person at most financial institutions. Present your completed payroll form at the counter along with your payment.

If you are using internet or telephone banking, or are paying in person at the bank, there is often a three to five day processing period. Please consider the extra days required to process the payment to ensuer it is received at the WCB by the due date.

By Mail or In Person

Payments can be made directly to the WCB by mail or in person.

Cheques, made payable to the Workers Compensation Board, may be mailed to:

Payments by cheque or Interac can be made in person at the above address.

After hours, payments by cheque can be deposited in the drop box located at the back of our office at 333 Broadway.

Note

Not all financial institutions can accept your payroll form. As such, you are required to submit your completed forms to the WCB using one of the following methods:

a. faxing 954-4900 (toll-free in Canada 1-866-245-0796). Please keep a copy of your fax transmission confirmation report.

b. calling the Assessment Services Department at 954-4505 (toll-free in Canada 1-800-362-3340, extension 4505).

c. mailing or dropping off the information at the above address.

Please ensure your payment and required information is submitted by the due date to avoid penalties.
