To help us determine if you require coverage, please take a few moments to complete our online Employer Registration Request.
Many businesses in Manitoba employing workers are required to register for workers compensation coverage. Being a WCB-registered employer qualifies your workers for WCB benefits and protects you from lawsuit in the event of a workplace injury.
If you do not currently employ workers in Manitoba, you do not need to contact us. If you do employ workers or anticipate you will in the near future, please complete our online Employer Registration Request and we will determine if your business falls within the industries covered by The Workers Compensation Act.
The Employer Registration Request system is a secure Internet application that allows you to begin the process of registering your business with the WCB. When you complete the online registration request, your information will be submitted to the WCB Assessment Services Department who will review it and advise you of your status with the WCB.
If you prefer to register your business over the phone, please call (204) 954-4505 or toll free 1-800-362-3340 to speak to someone directly.
