The Worker Advisor Office of the Department of Labour helps workers who are having difficulty with the claims process or an appeal.

24 Hour Worker Distress Line

A confidential service provided free-of-charge by KLINIC to WCB claimants and their families who are in distress/crisis.

Getting Copies of Files

Once the initial decision has been made on a claim, injured workers can receive one free copy of their own file. Information on claim files dated after December 31, 1991, is issued to employers for appeal purposes only.
