National Disability & Resource Management Inc. Research Project

National Disability & Resource Management Inc. is looking for 50 Manitoba workplaces to participate in an assessment that will identify the present state of their workplace injury prevention, disability management, and return to work programs.

The research will identify gaps and barriers in the delivery of return to work programs in the 50 participating workplaces. A detailed listing of recommendations to assist employers in lowering their injury rates, returning workers back to employment in a safe and timely manner and reducing expenditures will also be provided.
